Terms & Conditions

By engaging ASG Locksmiths (Access Security Group) for any service, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website. These terms apply to all customers, whether engaging us online, by phone, or in person.

ASG Locksmiths provides locksmith services including but not limited to: • Emergency lockout assistance • Residential lock installation and replacement • Commercial lock and access control solutions • Automotive locksmith services • CCTV and alarm system installation • Master key system design and installation We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe a request is unlawful.

For the safety and security of all parties, we may require you to provide proof of identity and/or proof of ownership or authorisation before carrying out any work. This includes but is not limited to: • Government-issued photo ID • Proof of address or tenancy • Written authorisation from a property owner We reserve the right to decline a job if satisfactory proof cannot be provided.

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes upon inspection. • Call-out fees apply and will be communicated prior to attendance • After-hours, weekend and public holiday rates may apply • Any additional parts or labour required will be quoted before proceeding Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, card and bank transfer. Payment is required at the time of service unless a prior credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. For commercial clients, invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges.

We stand behind the quality of our work. All labour is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to all hardware and parts supplied. Warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by misuse, tampering or third-party interference • Normal wear and tear • Pre-existing conditions not identified at the time of service

To the extent permitted by law, ASG Locksmiths' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of property, data or business. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and Victoria, Australia, as applicable. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant state.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
